A
place of intense training
The target of TMP Leadership Training
International is Christian leaders whose primary
language is Spanish, the fourth largest language
group in the world. Leaders who desire to go further
in their vision and clarify their position as
servants of God and leaders of the Lord's people,
attend the TMP program.
Since 1988 men and women have come from over
23 nations to be participants in a specialized,
culturally relevant Spanish training program for
leaders. Pastors of many churches, and pastors
beginning new works, evangelists, missionaries,
directors of drug rehab centers, doctors, lawyers
- all church leaders - attend the TMP specialized
program for leaders. The interdenominational program
is for those who are serious about their call
from God as a leader to reach their nations for
Christ.
Developing
a leader
The daily schedule provides many opportunities
for the participants to develop their sensitivity
to the leading of the Holy Spirit. Instructors
are selected from excellent resources on the basis
of their calling, integrity of ministry and fresh
Biblical understanding that is culturally relevant
to Spanish-speaking peoples world wide.
Practical application of daily worship and prayer
adds spiritual power to their lives and ministry.
Through the many scriptural teachings the participant's
faith is increased for their needs and for the
needs of their nations.
The men's eight-week leadership training program
and the women's six-week leadership training program
are designed to instill integrity, responsibility,
and vision to those individuals challenged to
impact their nations. They have been transformed
and prepared for greater works by the power of
God's word and His Holy Spirit.
